Shipping & returns

June 22 2026 thru July 10 2026 most of us will be on vacation.  You are getting this message because you ordered during this timeframe. This vacation time is listing on the front page of www.newenglandairgun.com and www.newenglandairguns.com.  If you order in this timeframe we still do have limit staff, on limited hours, during limited days, packaging and shipping orders.   They do not have access to emails or phones,  so please do not email or phone asking for changes.   Use your account for all communications and the limited staff will have limited access to maybe see your message.  Remember they are working and not sitting waiting and looking for messages to arrive.  Most likely your order will be processed before a message change is seen as the limited staff is focusing on shipping orders placed.

Within 30 days of your purchase, you may return most items for store credit, or a refund less 20% restocking fee, if the item is in original unopened packaging. Returns must also include a copy of your original Receipt.

Any merchandise that has been opened, tampered with, customized, or shows any sign of use will not be eligible for return.

On special orders, there will be a 20% cancellation fee and refund will be in the form of a store credit.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. Free shipping incentives will be deducted from funds returned. If product will be shipped back to the manufacturer, Customer is responsible for shipping returned merchandise, packaging, and insurance costs. Any damage that occurs in return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

The Airgun manufactures warranty their products and will work with you to fix or replace defective product. You do not determine what is defective product,  if you call us we can help with issues you may be facing, 95% of the time we find it's a user error or incompatible products being combined that give unexpected or substandard results.  IF a return is needed Trained technicians will evaluate the product if we can't help you via a phone call and trouble shooting via Photos, Videos and Audio Communication.

If you return the product without obtaining an RMA number first,  you agree to pay all investigation, repair, and shipping charges.
