Comment from New England Airgun about Sling-Guru sling systems. Not just a slings, a sling system!

At New England Airgun we are always looking for the latest and greatest products and you have to see this one and try this one. Slings.... a boring subject until now!

Until now you could use a rope, a strap, or any piece of cloth to "sling" your gun over your shoulder, but it never stayed in place. As you move the sling would constantly move and you would be constantly repositioning your rifle to keep it on your body. Some of us think we are smart by moving the sling over our heads to the opposite side of the body creating a cross body sling position that seems to be better.

One problem is, you have a nice cloth sling on your body, attached to a hard and straight rifle that is on the other side of your body. With the weight of the rifle and gravity, the assembly of rifle and sling slides down and your shoulder is pushed tighter and tighter into the triangle wedge that is created. This causes pain.

The Solution - Sling Guru, how they solved these issues and more is by designing a sling that stays on your body.. your whole body, front - rear and shoulder. Your tool of choice is attached to the sling. I say tool of choice because you don't have to just mount a rifle to this sling system, we have mounted tools, lights, rifles, archery bows, air rifles, air pistols... you name it, anything you don't want to drop to the ground can be attached to the Sling Guru.

Designed for police and military use, this system allowed the user to quickly transition to shooting and carry positions quickly and elegantly. Carry on your front, Carry on your back, Transition to right hand shooting or left hand shooting quickly and elegantly, to repeat myself. You can even transition into a backpack mode that very securely holds the rifle in the center of your back for climbing over obstacles or up to a tree stand.

I have been trained to keep the muzzle of the rifle pointed down and down range at all times and the Sling-Guru sling system allows for this in the important holding positions.
