JTS COMP1 PCP Compressor

The new JTS COMP1 compressor features new and innovative features that are not
currently seen in our competitor’s compressors. We reduced the footprint of our inverter and incorporated it inside the case, so the consumer no longer must carry around the separate invertor with its myriad of extra cables and power cords. Switching from 110v to 12v requires only
a flip of a rocker switch conveniently located on the front face of the unit. JTS Installed a high flow fan directly over the top of the cylinder head to maximize cooling and increased run times.
The COMP1 has a built-in water separator so that during the venting of the fill whip, the water is diverted from the water separator directly to the drain hose. Our biggest innovation is our new Thermal Dissipation System (TDS). The TDS incorporates a high flow fan at the base of the compressor that utilizes cool external air to bath the high side of the compressor and under the low side piston.
This cooling air is then disposed out of the unit thru the external exhaust system. This endless cooling cycle allows the compressor to run far cooler than any other compressor on the market. The TDS system allowed JTS to eliminate the need for lubricating oil and utilizing a sealed needle style roller bearing on the crank. This makes compressor maintenance simpler and cleaner with no need for case oil.
