Due to the MA2’s regulator valve seal structure and gauge port sealing method, there is a possibility that, under extended use or in specific environmental conditions, component wear may occur faster than originally expected. This can potentially lead to:
- Minor air leaks
- Abnormally high regulator pressure
- And in extreme cases, excessive pressure may cause air cylinder failure and pose a safety risk.
For your safety, we ask all MA2 users to degas their rifles immediately and keep them unpressurized until further servicing. For the correct degassing procedure, please refer to the following video. This tutorial also covers how to replace the upgraded air cylinder and regulator chamber if you prefer to perform the work yourself.
